How we help

Exactly what happens if you write to us

No fine print and no commitment. This is everything that happens from the moment you send the first message until we confirm you were taken care of.

01Step by step

Four things, in this order

  1. 01

    A real person answers

Not a robot and not a menu of options. You write first, on WhatsApp or through the form, and someone from the team replies within business hours.

  2. 02

    We listen

We ask about your family situation: where they live, what coverage they have, what they need help with. That conversation costs you nothing.

  3. 03

We tell you what applies and what does not

We explain what options exist for your case, and also which ones do not apply, so we do not waste your time. If we cannot help you, we say so right away.

  4. 04

    We follow up

With your permission we send your case to the right center or provider, and we call you afterward to confirm they reached you and that your parent was taken care of.

02The process from the inside

How we work each case

The same process for everyone, so nothing is left half done or lost along the way.

  1. 01

    Contact

You message us on WhatsApp, call us, or leave your details on the site.

  2. 02

    Registration

We add your details to our records, always with your authorization.

  3. 03

    Call or appointment

We talk to confirm the need, the location, the coverage and the service of interest.

  4. 04

    Referral

We connect you with the provider or center that fits your case.

  5. 05

    Follow up

We record the outcome and confirm with you whether they were taken care of.

03The conversation

What we are going to ask you

They are simple questions. You do not need documents on hand or any preparation for the first conversation.

  • Is the person 55 or older?
  • Do they live in Los Angeles County or San Bernardino County?
  • What coverage or benefit do they currently have?
  • Which service do they need help with?
  • Do they need support with day to day things, like bathing, dressing, eating or moving around?

With that we make a preliminary assessment. Final approval and eligibility always rest with the entity responsible for the service.

What we will never ask you for

  • Your social security number.
  • Information about your immigration status or your family status.
  • Detailed medical diagnoses or medication lists at first contact.
  • Any payment for guiding you.

If someone claims to represent us and asks you for any of these, do not give them anything and let us know.

Asking costs you nothing

Write to us and tell us your situation. We listen, without rushing you.
